Ehreer Return Policy
Ehreer places great importance on your satisfaction with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Attention: In case of refusal of acceptance and subsequent loss of the goods, the responsibility lies with you.
Return period
After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to return them.
Conditions for return
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with intact security tags, and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns
a) Customers residing in Germany:
We will provide a return label. The costs are as follows:
- Weight up to 5 kg: 6.99 €
- Weight 5-10 kg: 10.49 €
- Weight over 10 kg: 18.99 €
b) Customers residing outside Germany:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing fees
- For dirndl blouses, blouses and bodysuits: 3.99 € per item
- For all other items: €5.99 per item

Please contact our customer service at service@ehreer.com . Please include your order number and customer information. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Special cases
Custom-made items such as the RIBBON SKIRT are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect.
Deadline for sending the return
After receiving the return label or return address, you have 7 days to return the item. Please send the order number and tracking number to service@ehreer.com . Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the return being rejected.
Important information
Many Ehreer items are provided with disposable seals that are permanently attached to the item. If the seal is removed, the right of withdrawal automatically expires, and returns within the meaning of the statutory right of withdrawal are no longer possible. This is to ensure that you always receive unworn and new Ehreer items.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns and, if applicable, to claim damages within the legally permissible limits if the condition of the returned items is impaired - for example, due to contamination, damage, or missing labels.
Reimbursement procedure
Once we receive your return, you will receive an automatic confirmation email ( service@ehreer.com ). Your return will be processed within 7 business days. The refund amount will be automatically transferred to the payment method used for the order. The credit will be issued within 14 days.
When transferring the money back to your account, the bank automatically deducts a fee of 5% of the amount. This fee is charged by the bank and is beyond our control. It will be deducted from your refund amount.
